Today we begin a series that will look at each WDW park on several levels. First we are going to ask the question, "Which WDW park is the most family friendly?".
The MAGIC KINGDOM is arguably the most family-oriented theme park in Walt Disney World. It was the first theme park to allow each member of the family to join in on attractions and rides. Adventureland features Pirates of the Caribbean and The Jungle Cruise. Then there is Frontierland with Splash Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. And the show that everyone loves, Country Bear Jamboree.
Liberty Square has the family favorite Haunted Mansion and Tomorrowland has Space Mountain and Buzz Lightyear, and Monster's Inc. Laugh Floor, all family favorites. Then theres Fantasyland, filled with rides and entertainment that thrills the youngest to the oldest.
EPCOT: Is also fun for families. Soarin' is a ride all family members will enjoy. How
about the Seas with Nemo and Friends, Spaceship Earth or Journey into Imagination? Each are perfect family friendly rides. World Showcase holds a host of interesting, entertaining, and even relaxing offerings. From food, to music, to rides and more. During the Christmas season, Storytellers around World Showcase bring alive stories and characters everyone can enjoy listening to. There's no question EPCOT is quite family-oriented.
DISNEY'S HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS. When it comes to family attractions DHS has so much to offer. There's Voyage of the Little Mermaid, the Muppets and Toy Story Mania. DHS also has a wonderful daytime parade that's a party -- Block Party Bash. Definitely family style entertainment. And the shows...Beaty and the Beast, Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular, even Lights, Motor, Action features a fun show for all ages.
Finally lets look at DISNEY'S ANIMAL KINGDOM. When guests come through AK turnstiles, not only will they get the sense that it is a family style park with Finding Nemo the Musical and the Legend of the Lion King, and rides like Kilimanjaro Safaris, Kali River Rapids and more.
Each can make a case for being a family-oriented park. And in the end, WDW is 'THE' place for families across the board.
So which park is your families favorite?
