OK so I have been working on our WDW trip, which begins in 2 days!!!!!, and have everything just about ready to go.  Lists are done, ADR's are done, trip planning and touring plans are done...just have to do the online check-in and final packing and then we hit the road. I have been busy working on trips for others on-top of all of this...which I love to do almost as much as planning our own trips.  Things are moving fast around DPP, blogging, Facebook(ing), planning, and Lot's more...I will have some exciting news coming soon!  But I can share that beginning in January I will be posting blogs to The Disney Planning Blog !  I am super excited about this.  I will be sharing lot's of planning tips and information for families. So I'm off to do a little more planning, packing, and last minute "stuff".  But make sure to check in here and on my Facebook page and Twitter (@RFretDixiePixie) for updates and photos from WDW next week! 

We are on the 'Final Countdown' now... 10...9...8!  Only 8 more days until we hit the road and head back down to WDW for our 'Joyous Celebration 2011 Christmas Gathering'.  I can't believe that in one week I will be going back to my favorite place on earth, Walt Disney World!  And for Christmas, my favorite time of the year to visit.  We have so many magical memories from all of our Disney trips.  And though our family does a lot of traveling, and makes a lot of trips together that are fun and full of memories, non are better or more memorable than those from our Disney trips. Of all our family trips, travels and vacations it seems to be our Disney ones that we reminisce most often and more fondly of.  We love to get out the scrapbooks (of which there are many) and trip "home-movies" and look back and laugh. Although I am right in the throws of planning our Christmas week Disney trip, I was looking at some pictures today from Halloween and reminiscing over how much fun we had.  And how "crazy" we were... Ok, first let me say that my husband, Mark and I REALLY get into Halloween.  We love dressing up and getting INTO our characters.  So when I got the bright idea for us to be Woody and Jessie for Halloween this year we were ALL IN!  After planning out, getting the stuff for, and making our costumes we were ready to go...First stop, our church's Trunk-or-Treat.  And I mean we were in character.  All night long we were walking around talking like Woody and Jessie, making fun of the "pretend" cowboys at the other trunk (I mean come on, they didn't even have a pull-string.  Which we DID have.) and just having a ball.  We had the most fun pretending to be Woody and Jessie with the very small children that were there, they really thought we were the rea...
